The Cornie Health patient portal (web and the Cornie health mobile apps) enables individuals to access quality healthcare services and the data and tools to manage their healthcare. Our services allow you to find and interact with healthcare services from licensed healthcare providers.

The Cornie Health Platform and services and functionalities provided on the Cornie Health Platform (collectively, the “Service(s)”) is governed by this Privacy Policy and by our Terms of Use.
